Lena Papadouri

Lena is responsible for LP Squared’s Programme and Change Management consulting activities and heads up the Insurance portfolio.

During a 25 year career, she has accumulated a string of successes across a diverse portfolio, holding management roles in accountancy, reinsurance and technology and working in the UK, continental Europe and the US.  She has delivered many complex projects and led a number of prominent international, multi-year engagements focusing on process improvements and business change. 

She is an ACMA with appreciation of insurance and reinsurance accounting practices and enjoys new challenges and solving complex business issues.  Operational efficiency has been the focus of recent initiatives and have included forensic accounting investigation, business restructuring, business process reviews and improvements as well as programme audits.
